Why have a Community garden?

We believe that in the beginning God made a garden to have friendship with mankind.

Our Community Garden is designed with you in mind.  It is planned around partnership, around making friends and working together to achieve a common goal.

Working together with a common goal has great mental health benefits in addition to improving physical fitness and providing fresh fruit and vegetables for our local community.

Why not come down on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday morning 9.30am - 12.30pm, or Saturdays 9.30am - 12 noon and see how you can get involved.  We always start off at the main church site on Huddersfield Road to get our tools and instructions for the day before heading down to the main garden on Crowswood Drive.
